How to FTP Files:
A customer can transfer files to and from BannersAndDisplays.com using its FTP site. This service is available 24 hours a day, every day. Please call or email a Customer Service Representative before sending files so that we can look to see when the files arrive. If you need an FTP account, they will have one created for you.
1. Get Compression Software - This makes the process of sending and receiving files much easier. If you don't have any compression software, freeware and shareware programs are available for the Mac (Aladdin's Stuffit Expander) or the PC (WinZip).
2. Get FTP Software - If you don't have FTP software, Fetch (Mac) or Winsock (PC) are good freeware programs that can be downloaded. Some browsers such as Internet Explorer support also support FTP. Remember to compress your files before sending them.
3. Connect to ftp.BannersAndDisplays.com - Use your FTP Software to transfer your compressed artwork. Be sure to include in a text file your name, email address, phone number, and any additional instructions.
